| The 3rd International Conference on Network and System Security (NSS 2009) was held in
Gold Coast, Australia, on October 19‐21, 2009. The conference and associated workshops brought
about 100 attendees together to share exciting ideas and findings in network and
system security.
149 submissions from 30 countries in the world were submitted. Among the high quality
submissions, only 38 regular papers and 15 short papers were accepted. These accepted papers are
published by IEEE Computer society proceedings.
Five international experts to deliver the excellent keynote speeches in both NSS 2009
